Though these girls have really grown up over the years and matured as parents, they receive a lot of support from the ladies that raised them. And even though some of these stars, like Farrah Abraham, don’t get along with their mothers, we think it’s about time we throw some appreciation and recognition to the women who birthed our favorite reality stars!

Take Kailyn Lowry’s mom Suzi. The soon-to-be mother-of-three has been very open with fans about her rocky past with her addict mom, and even moved out of her house at an early age.

“The best of my mom’s love went into the bottles she drowned herself in day in and day out. The love that should have been mine went into bottles and empty cans that were tossed in the trash and carried away. I was left with whatever spilled, and it wasn’t enough,” she wrote in her book Hustle & Heart.
“Not enough to numb the embarrassment when she showed up at my elementary school reeking of Jack Daniel’s. Not enough to dull my hurt and anger when she disappeared and left me on my own for long, long stretches of time. By the time I was a teenager, no one had to tell me to follow my heart.”
