The Teen Mom 2 star organized an epic unicorn-themed bash for the special occasion and her boyfriend, Jason Jordan, was even partaking in the fun! Leah, 26, and her former flame, Jeremy Calvert, are the proud parents of her youngest daughter Addie. The reality star also shares twins, Aleeah and Aliannah, with ex Corey Simms. Leah made sure to make Addie feel extra special on her sixth birthday, and so did her doting daddy. Jeremy recently shared a sweet message about Addie, in honor of her turning another year older.

“Happy birthday to my little princess, I honestly don’t know where time has went,” Jeremy wrote. “It seems like yesterday you were still in diapers and now you’re turning six, make me sad that your growing up but also excited to see what a wonderful young lady you’re going to turn into. You will always be my number one. Daddy loves you more than anything and will always have your back.”

Meanwhile, Leah and her current boyfriend, Jason, are still going strong. The MTV star has been sharing PDA snaps with her new love and she even treated fans to an adorable video in December, showing how silly their dynamic is. “This is us 95% of the timeeeee. I just love his face. @raylansdad416,” she captioned the heartwarming clip while tagging her older beau.

Back in December, Jason defended his relationship with the Teen Mom alum. “It’s definitely not easy but we both do the best we can for each other and our families to let OUR LOVE rule and ONLY consider our situation and what works best for us may not always be popular to some, but it makes our family strong and make it work,” he wrote. We’re glad to see them so happy!
