Jenelle Evans wants to clear the air about the shocking 911 call that surfaced, where she can be heard telling the operator that her husband David Eason had assaulted her. In the emotional 911 call released on Oct. 19, Jenelle is hysterically breaking down and gasping for air before the operator picks up.

“I’m sorry,” she says while fighting back tears, “My name is Jenelle Eason, and my husband, he just assaulted me. He pinned me down on the ground… I’m sorry, in the yard, and I think I heard my f–king collarbone crack, and I can’t move my arm.”

Not What It Seems?

However, now Jenelle is reportedly claiming that it was all a misunderstanding. The MTV star, 27, says the drama started when she and David, 30, had friends over for a bonfire and she tripped over a hole.

Her Side Of The Story

“Me and David were in the middle of arguing about something… I went and fell down, David wouldn’t catch me, he tripped over the hole and we both fell down together,” she told UsWeekly. “And right after it happened, we filmed about it and I was open and honest.”

Worried Fans Reaching Out

Jenelle and David tied the knot in Sept. 2017 and several fans have voiced their dissatisfaction with this relationship. The Teen Mom alum opened up about the backlash she received from people who were wondering why she’d stay with David if he was getting physical with her.

Responding To The Concern

“I totally understand that,” Jenelle said about the criticism. “I was like, ‘dude, I was drunk and when I get drunk, sometimes, I cry for no reason.’ I mean I was hurt, I’m not gonna lie about that,” she explained.

The reality star continued, “Yeah, I hurt my shoulder. But I went to the doctor afterwards and it’s just a sprain and I was fine.” According to Jenelle, fans will get a lot more clarity about what went down on the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2, which is airing Jan. 14.

As far as their relationship goes, Jenelle said she and David are still going strong. “Everything’s fine,” she said, before revealing they now have custody of his daughter Maryssa.
