‘Teen Mom 3’ Stars Mackenzie Douthit and Josh McKee Working on Their Marriage
It’s NOT over for Mackenzie Douthit and Josh McKee!
The Teen Mom 3 stars were hit with a few marriage roadblocks and on the brink of divorce, but the 20-year-old confirms they have not given up just yet!
“I try to keep those things off of social media, but you never know what’s going on behind-the-scenes with people,” Mackenzie told Wetpaint.

She continued, “It got pretty bad and he did leave for a while, and we decided that we were going to get a divorce and separate. He went and stayed somewhere else, and we just decided that we don’t want to live without each other, and he came back, and he said, ‘I’m sorry.’ But I can’t put all the blame on him or all the blame on me because we just could not get along for the life of us.”

It was reported last month that Josh threw Mackenzie’s wedding ring in the toilet after she blamed him for the car accident she was involved in back in March. At the time, she said she was looking for her husband, who was out hunting late at night.
But now, they’re trying their best to make it work — thanks, in part, to the encouragement she got from fans.
“I know also a lot of people are looking up to us, and I feel like all the positive comments from fans makes me hold and want to hold on,” Mackenzie added.
“In the end, I’m glad I’ve held on and stayed with him because he really is a good husband and he’s really patient with me. I’m a really hard person to be married to. I don’t know how he does it some days. It’s vice versa also!”
Mackenzie and Josh, who have been together for five years, got married in 2013. They are proud parents to one-year-old daughter, Jaxie, and three-year-old son, Gannon.
