Congrats Are in Order! ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Kailyn Lowry Is Pregnant With Baby No. 4

Congrats! Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry announced that she’s pregnant with baby No. 4 on Tuesday, February 4. She confirmed the news on Instagram with a photo of her sitting with her three kids and holding a set of sonogram images. Kailyn, 27, is expecting her next bundle of joy with on-again, off-again boyfriend and baby daddy Chris Lopez, Us Weekly confirmed. The duo shares one child together already — 2-year-old son Lux.

“We’re confirming the news, baby number 4 is coming soon! 🎉,” Kail wrote on Instagram. “I’m almost 16 weeks pregnant and it’s been a rough few months this time around. I’ve had nausea, morning sickness, and absolutely no energy. 😭.” Poor thing!

The reality star noted that she’s finally starting to feel better and “hoping it stays that way!” She also plugged an app she’s found helpful as she’s expecting this time around and wrote, “Going through nausea and morning sickness while trying to keep the news a secret can be quite isolating … It’s always reassuring to know you’re not alone … There’s nothing like support from other women to get you through. ❤.”

Kailyn is also a mom to son Isaac, 10, whom she shares with her ex Jo Rivera. She also shares son Lincoln, 6, with her ex-husband Javi Marroquin. Just about a year ago, she opened up about wanting to have more kids in the future.

“Yeah I definitely want more kids, I would love to have girls,” she said in February 2019. At the time, she was not in a serious relationship, but told Studology 101, according to OK! Magazine.com, “How it will happen, I don’t know, but we will figure it out I guess.”

She was very serious about wanting a daughter at the time, too. “I think I would do gender selection,” the MTV star noted. “I got three boys, that’s enough! … It’s time for me to have a girl.” She explained that she “always wanted boys” and didn’t find out the sex of any of her kids ahead of time but that she was interested in doing so if she had another baby.

While Kail may not know — or at least hasn’t revealed — the sex of her fourth baby yet, she does know one thing for certain: she wants to have the baby at home. A fan pleaded with her to have a homebirth in her Instagram comments and Kail replied, “That’s the plan!!! ♥️”
