Our thoughts are with Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska today, as she revealed her dog died earlier this week.

Aubree’s mom took to Instagram with the sad news about her beloved pug Darla.

“My heart hurts so much. After surgery, Darla had some complications pulling through and we lost our sweet and very loving dog,” she wrote. “She’s been with us through a lot and she has been such a great friend to Aubree and I. We miss you Dar.”

It’s been a rough couple of years for the reality star and her furry friends. In 2012, a neighbor’s dog killed her French Bulldog Frankie. The incident was unfortunately caught on camera, resulting in a difficult scene on her MTV show.

A year prior, her pug named Pixie was let out and went missing. Despite canvasing the area, and even taking her search online, the Houska’s pet was never found.

Fortunately, animal lovers Chelsea and Aubree have their cherished Great Dane Phil to lift their spirits during this difficult time.
