We were so excited that Jenelle Evans moved on in her love life with boyfriend David Eason — but a new report claims he is more dangerous than anyone thought!

Radar Online obtained court documents claiming David choked and threatened his ex-girlfriend, who will not be named out of respect for privacy.

“The Defendant did assault [redacted], a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, ‘I will kill you b—-,'” read the April 2014 docs.

David was found not guilty on these charges.

It was previously revealed he did time for drug charges, larceny, and breaking and entering — and was even behind bars with The Teen Mom 2 star’s ex-husband Courtland Rogers!
