Almost finished! Teen Mom 2 star Briana DeJesus will finally be moving into her very first home this fall, and she couldn’t be more ecstatic about reaching this exciting milestone in her life. The property is currently under construction and will soon be move-in ready for Briana and her family. Over the weekend, Briana posted an adorable photo of her daughters, Stella and Nova, smiling from ear to ear while standing in front of their stunning new abode.
