The father-of-two has been living rather largely since he split from his wife of seven years, Christina El Moussa — with whom he shares a daughter, Taylor, and a son, Brayden.

Tarek is currently renting a home in Newport Beach, CA — that he recently showed off to E! News with a video tour. While the place is amazing, fans seriously can’t get over how much he is paying for it, which is detailed in the video below.

Some can’t help but wonder if he is trying to show his bombshell ex what she’s missing, considering he is not thrilled that she is now dating a man from her past named Doug Spedding.
