Get well soon! Darrell Sheets opened up to fans about his health struggles on March 12, and revealed that he’ll be undergoing surgery. The Storage Wars star said that he recently suffered a heart attack and is currently being hospitalized, but luckily, his fiancé Romney is “by his side.”

“Well here we go I wasn’t going to say anything, but you all have been the greatest friends and fans,” the reality star, 60, began his caption. In the photo, Darrell is smiling while laying in his hospital bed next to his love. “I’ve been very sick for three months and two nights ago I had a mild heart attack, found out I have congestive heart failure and a severe issue going on with my lung.”

Darrell asked fans to keep him in their thoughts as he prepared for surgery. “All your prayers would be deeply appreciated. Thank you for being there for me it’s been a great ride,” the A&E alum added. “Romney has been by my side through all of this. She is a good woman and I love her.”

Darrell has captivated viewers while appearing on the hit TV show Storage Wars, alongside several other professional buyers who compete to bid on storage lockers that have gone up for sale. His son, Brandon, has also been featured on the popular A&E series.

Fans are glad to see that Darrell has the support of his leading lady, Romney. He previously described her as “the girl that stuck with me through everything,” calling her “one of a kind.” We’re wishing him and his loved ones all the best during this tough time.
