Congratulations! It’s a baby boy for Stanley Tucci and Felicity Blunt!

A rep for the ‘Hunger Games’ star confirmed the literary agent gave birth to son Matteo Oliver in London on Jan. 25!

In a playful statement, the 54-year-old proud papa joked, “I believe he is mine. We are all thrilled to welcome him to this cold, cruel world. We are all thrilled that he is here and healthy.”

The couple announced they were expecting in October. This is the first child for Felicity and the fourth for Stanley. He has three kids with his late wife Kate, who died in 2009 from breast cancer.
