Lifetime describes the legendary coach as, “Driven, precise and over-the-top. More than just a drill sergeant, these elite athletes count on Todd to be their guidance counselor, surrogate father, and the ‘head-bitch-in-charge’ who ultimately makes them shine.”

In the exclusive clip below, you can get a sneak peek of the winning style that has led the Ladybirds to 15 national championships. Check out the clip below!

“I tell them though do as I say not as I do because last time I checked I don’t wear a crop top on national television,” he told the camera. “They’re looking at me like ‘well, he’s fat’ — I’m like ‘why you so confused though?’ I don’t wear a bra on TV!”

His humor is clear in the clip but so is no-nonsense attitude. It looks like during the upcoming season he’s going to hit the gym in an effort to get in better shape. We’re sure he won’t have a problem working on his fitness judging by the way he’s so tough on his team.

“He’s imposing, demanding, and wickedly funny,” Lifetime continued on their site. “He’s a fiercely passionate person who serves as a second dad to the girls on his team. They come to him with every crisis. It’s impossible for him not to get involved in their lives because all of their lives revolve around dance. His driving motivation is to help these young women excel in ways they’d never dreamed.”

We can’t wait to watch!
