Poor girl! Maddie Brown from Sister Wives posted a video talking about her second pregnancy and how she’s feeling on Instagram on July 16 — and apparently, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. Even though we feel for her clearly being a bit uncomfy at this late stage of expecting her next kid, we appreciated her funny message.

“Is it socially acceptable just to look like this til the baby’s born?” Maddie, 23, asked her followers in a video with the hashtags “#done” and “#35weeks” floating over her face. Honestly, we don’t think she looks bad, but all she’s really rocking in the clip is a pulled-back hairstyle, a T-shirt and no makeup.

Maddie continued, “Can I just blame it on the heat and the pregnancy? Because I have no energy to get ready. And when I do get ready, I just feel hot.” She then makes an exasperated face at the camera and yeah … we bet mamas everywhere felt that one.

Maddie and her husband, Caleb Brush, announced they were expecting their second baby on January 25. “I am really excited,” the reality TV mama told People at the time. “This pregnancy feels less real for some reason, but I am still over the moon! I have no idea what I think it is. I’ll just be happy with a healthy baby.”

But even if the couple is happy to be expecting again, that doesn’t mean that Maddie has to pretend as if the whole experience is totally positive and like she feels 100 percent all the time. For instance, when she shared a pregnancy update to her Instagram Story on June 10, she captioned the photo, “I am about 98 percent done mentally with being pregnant.” Oof.

Plus, Maddie and her small family moved to North Carolina recently, and maybe the heat and humidity is different there than what she’s used to back West? There are all sorts of reasons she might be #over this pregnancy, and more than ready to meet her baby girl. Hang in there, mama!
