It looks like the rivalry continues between Selena Gomez and Hailey Baldwin — or at least it does for their fans. On Wednesday, September 25, Selenators slammed the blonde beauty on Instagram for leaving a friendly comment on a post shared by the singer’s BFF. Courtney Lopez, the pal Sel threw a bridal shower for in January, shared a photo of herself at the beach on Tuesday, September 24. When the model saw it, she called Courtney an “aesthetic queen,” and that’s when the drama started.

Though Hailey, 22, and Courtney, 27, follow each other on the photo-sharing site, the “Bad Liar” singer’s stans doubted their friendship, and the comment quickly became more ammo in the Hailey-Selena-Justin Bieber love triangle drama. “Obsessed much? Don’t you have any best friends???????” one fan wrote. “WTF is wrong with you?” asked another. “Once a stalker, always a stalker,” a third added as others called her “big weird” and the “queen of drama.”

Though some commenters tried to insist that the two women really are pals, others fired back, “If they are friends now, then why TF [wasn’t she] at Courtney’s wedding?” Another thought the whole thing was beside the point, writing, “Whatever. 😂😂 She should stop trying to get Courtney’s attention and focus more on her obsession with Bieber. 😂” The Instagram drama comes on the heels of a similar exchange when Hailey liked a photo that one of Selena’s other friends had posted.

On September 23, the singer’s friend Raquelle Stevens shared that the first episode of her podcast “Giving Back Generation” had dropped. “This episode is particularly special to me as Courtney, Sel and Ashley [Cook] have been my friends all through my 20s,” she wrote. “We talk about what it means to support each other, forgive, and grow together.” When the model liked that photo, it also sent Selenators into a frenzy. “Why are you friends with Hailey? I don’t like that,” an Instagram user commented on the post. On a similar post a few weeks earlier, which fans also claimed the blonde beauty had liked, another commented, “Hailey is a dead ass STALKER! Selena, you better have some bodyguards around you and your friends.”
