Seeking Sister Wife alum Vanessa Cobbs shared cryptic messages on Instagram after drama with exes Dimitri and Ashley Snowden made headlines.

“Enough. Stop lying to the world and yourselves,” Vanessa wrote in her caption on Sunday, May 2, while sharing a montage of other quotes with her social media followers. “Get help. There’s no shame in therapy.”

“The same people that did you wrong are telling a different version of the story and they’re playing the victim,” one of the messages in Vanessa’s slideshow read, followed by another which said, “If you continually have problems with everyone you come across, more than likely the problem is you.”

Vanessa’s posts come after the Snowdens’ new love interest Christeline Petersen accused Dimitri and Ashley of domestic abuse amid new season 3 episodes airing. In late April 2021, the temporary restraining order that the judge issued against him was dissolved because Christeline “did not meet her burden of proof,” according to TMZ. The court never granted a temporary restraining order against Ashley due to them needing “more information on their relationship.”

Prior to the allegations, the Snowden family appeared in season 2 of TLC’s hit reality TV series. At the time, it seemed like Dimitri and Ashley found their perfect match in Vanessa, and they even made it official by tying the knot in a beautiful wedding ceremony that aired during the season finale. However, Vanessa’s union with Dimitri and Ashley was short-lived and she left the Snowdens shortly after the tell-all was filmed.

“After some deep soul searching, I have decided to part ways with the Snowdens,” Vanessa wrote in a statement via Instagram in April 2019.

“I love Ashley, Dimitri and the children so much, and will continue to do so always. However, my love and commitment to them overshadowed my love and commitment to them overshadowed my love and commitment to myself. I was not being truly honest with myself until recently. I was ignoring my inner guidance which was telling me that I do not belong with them in the capacity that they need me to. I now know that just because you love someone (or a family), does not necessarily mean that you are meant to be with them. Sometimes their long-established dynamic is not aligned with your own personal growth and path forward.”

Vanessa’s statement seemed to hint their split was amicable, but her latest posts have fans wondering if that is still the case.

In the Snowden family’s statement, they also implied that while they are sad that their time with Vanessa was brief, there is no bad blood between them.

“We are deeply saddened by Vanessa’s decision to leave our family,” the Snowdens wrote. “We take our family dynamic and the relationships we build with others very seriously. We make sure we always do our best and give our absolute all. We also know we must respect when someone feels they must move on and try to do that with a spirit of acceptance. While we had an incredible, loving year together with Vanessa, it is important for us to take the time necessary to heal from this divorce, extracting the lessons and the blessings from this experience and use them as the strength we need to continue moving forward with our dream to create a beautiful, like-minded Snowden family tribe.”
