Harvey Weinstein’s Former Assistant Sues Him — Claims He Made Her Clean up Semen and Condoms

Yet another woman is taking legal action against Harvey Weinstein for the appalling way he treated her. Sandeep Rehal, Harvey's former personal assistant, filed a lawsuit against the studio exec, The Weinstein Co., and his brother Bob Weinstein on Jan. 25 — and her accusations are absolutely disgusting.

Sandeep reveals she began working for Harvey in 2013, and he quickly began making inappropriate requests. According to TMZ, she claims he made her take dictation from him while he was naked, clean up semen from his office couch, and pick up his used condoms. She also says he forced her to help him prey on women by keeping a list of available actresses and making sure he was stocked up with Caverject shots for erectile dysfunction.

He also reportedly treated her much like the other women who have come forward. She says he would rub her inner thighs when she rode in his car, press his body against her as they walked, and call her offensive and sexist names like "c–t" and "p—y." She recalls that if her attitude wasn't up to his standards, he would say, "What's wrong, Sandeep? Is the tampon up too far today?"

Harvey was also well aware that he could use his position of power to manipulate people. He would allegedly tell Sandeep, "I am Harvey Weinstein and you are at Weinstein University. I decide whether or not you graduate." She is now asking for unspecified damages because of the horrific way he took advantage of her.

This isn't the first time Harvey has been sued for his gross actions. Six of the 65-year-old's accusers filed a proposed class-action lawsuit again him and his company in December 2017, insisting that those closest to him attempted to "perpetuate and conceal Weinstein's widespread sexual harassment and assault." Hopefully, justice will be served.
