Brit Brit, 35, has been dating the hunky 23-year-old since they met while filming the music video for her song “Slumber Party” in 2016. As In Touch recently reported, the “Toxic” singer already has strong feelings for her man — and already has dreams of walking down the aisle again to marry him. Unfortunately, Sam isn’t feeling the same way at the moment.

“Sam told her that he feels their relationship has moved way too quickly,” an insider told In Touch exclusively. “He’s only 23 and isn’t ready for that next step yet.” While he isn’t ready to pop the question just yet, the insider explained there’s no denying he’s head over heels for the Princess of Pop. “Sam loves Britney. It’s not that he doesn’t want to be with her. He just needs some time to grow up.”
It would appear that when it comes to his relationship, Sam is not a boy, not yet a man… Although we have a feeling his nether regions — and his ultra-famous gal pal — would have to disagree!
