Ron Perlman Is ‘Happy the Way Things Are’ With Fling Allison Dunbar, But She’s ‘Itching’ for More
He’s taking it slow. Ron Perlman is enjoying spending more time with his new fling, Allison Dunbar, but he “doesn’t want to rock the boat” by rushing into something serious too soon, a source tells In Touch exclusively. The Sons of Anarchy actor is content with how things are developing between them, while she’s looking at the long-term possibilities.
“Now that Ron has finally filed for divorce from his wife, Opal, after a whopping 35 years, his girlfriend Allison is itching for a little more security,” the insider exclusively reveals to In Touch, noting how she is thinking about their future together.
“Ron’s friends say he’s happy the way things are,” the source adds. “Ron and Allison have a good thing going, but he doesn’t want to lose her either. So stay tuned, under these new circumstances, she wants more and he’s fine with the way things are, this romance is still developing.”
Ron, 69, submitted the paperwork to end his marriage to his longtime partner, Opal, on November 5. The Hellboy star’s legal action came shortly after he was spotted out sans wedding ring, fueling rumors that his union was on the rocks.
Meanwhile, people have been speculating that sparks are flying between Ron and Allison, especially after they were spotted dining together at the swanky Soho Warehouse on November 3. An eyewitness told In Touch their PDA made it appear as though they were dating. “They definitely seem like an item,” the insider dished. “[They were] very touchy-feely.”
The StartUp costars first sparked romance rumors when they were photographed kissing while leaving Alexander Steakhouse in Pasadena in May.
Furthermore, Allison has posted several photos including the actor on her Instagram page in the past year, showing how much of a bond they share. She even enjoyed a dinner date with Ron and his daughter, Blake, back in 2018.
Over the past few months, Ron has also hit the heart button on some of Allison’s stunning social media snaps, and the blonde beauty returned the love on one of his selfies.
