Rob Kardashian ‘Still Struggles’ With His Weight But Has ‘Slimmed Down’ and ‘Feels Better About Himself’

One step at a time! Rob Kardashian has been working out at the gym lately, and it seems like he is feeling more confident about his body. “Rob still struggles with his weight. He has slimmed down a bit. He feels better about himself, and that’s amazing,” a source told In Touch exclusively.

Even though the 32-year-old’s sisters constantly flaunt their physiques on social media, Rob has retreated from the spotlight in the past few years. However, it seems like the sock designer’s family is helping him through this tough time. “Rob’s weight wasn’t just an issue for him. Some of his family members didn’t understand and were less than sympathetic. They know better now,” the insider added.

In July, the handsome hunk revealed he was working toward his fitness goal in a new snap. “Deadddd,” he captioned a photo of weights on Twitter at the time. Of course, fans were so supportive of Rob’s weight loss journey. One person wrote, “Keep up the good work!” while another echoed, “NO PAIN, NO GAIN.” A third person chimed in, writing, “Stay focused, know you can do it!”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum revealed he was getting back into shape on June 17. “Day 1 all good,” he captioned a snap of the gym at the time. Perez Hilton — who lost at least 80 pounds since 2008 — shared some of his tips with the reality star. “Don’t expect too much quickly, Rob,” he wrote. “Slow and steady truly does win the race! Be consistent! #RobKardashian #DreamKardashian #BlacChyna.”

The blogger, 41, continued, “The best advice I can give you is … don’t weigh yourself! Don’t be ruled by or obsessed with a number. Just be consistent with your healthy eating and being active, and you WILL get results! You got this!” In response, Rob said, “Yes, I don’t weigh myself just yet, LOL, and I really don’t care about the numbers — just want to be healthy and that’s all. Thank you for your encouraging words. I appreciate you.”

Rob — who shares his daughter, Dream, 2, with his baby mama, Blac Chyna — clearly doesn’t like the attention since he hasn’t been since in public in 835 days, Radar Online reported earlier this month. “No one ever sees him,” the insider claimed. “He just hangs out at his house all the time.”

But it seems like Rob is slowly getting his groove back since he has flirted with singer Natti Natasha on Twitter all summer. In honor of Father’s Day, the E! personality posted a photo with his daughter, and it caught the singer’s attention. “Happy Father’s Day! You are an excellent father, I know. God bless you. See you son!” she said.
