It looks like Danielle Staub might not be at the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion taping. The RHONJ star is involved in a nasty divorce from Marty Caffrey and the estranged couple is set to face off in court on the same day as the reunion taping, according to Radar Online. But Marty said he is not willing to postpone their court date so that Danielle can attend the reunion.

“I have no plans to allow a delay or a continuation on Jan. 10,” Marty, 66, told Radar. “I don’t want it to be changed or postponed. This is more important than taping a reality show!”

Marty and Danielle will have to show up in court after things turned nasty between them earlier this week. Danielle, 56, had filed a complaint about Marty with Englewood, NJ, police on Wednesday, Jan. 3, according to People. The following day, Danielle was granted a temporary 10-day restraining order against Marty. But things got worse between them on Thursday night, and police had to remove Marty from the NJ home that the former couple used to share.

When Danielle filed for the restraining order, she claimed that it was because she allegedly suffered emotional abuse from Marty, according to Radar. Danielle’s claims are similar to the ones she made in the former couple’s original divorce filing. As In Touch previously reported, Danielle cited “physical and verbal abuse” as the reason for their divorce, and Marty had denied all of the allegations Danielle has made against him.

Footage from the couple’s tropical bohemian beach wedding aired last week and the couple seemed to be very aware of the issues in their marriage, and Marty claimed their relationship started to unravel as filming for Season 9 continued. But there is a chance that Danielle might be able to attend the reunion taping. “A judge decides if there is going to be a postponement, not Marty,” a rep for Danielle told Radar.
