‘RHOC’ Star Vicki Gunvalson’s 2013 Divorce Settlement Revealed: 6-Figure Payout, Real Estate Portfolio

Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson scored a hefty sum in her divorce settlement from ex-husband Donn Gunvalson and In Touch has all the details.

In Touch obtained the agreement signed by Vicki, 62, and Donn on September 9, 2013.

Vicki filed for divorce in April 2013 after 16 years of marriage. The duo got hitched on November 12, 1994.

The exes did not have any children. The RHOC star had two children from a previous relationship. The official date of separation was listed as October 18, 2010.

Vicki was awarded all furniture in her possession, any artwork and other personal items and a home in Coto de Caza, California with a value of $600,000 at the time.

The reality star walked away with half the balance of several bank accounts, the full balance of several other accounts, all rights to her WooHoo Productions LLC, the timeshare at Lindo Mar Puerto Vallarta, another penthouse in Puerto Rico and a 2009 Mercedes SL550.

On top of that, Vicki scored a life insurance policy with a value of $100,000, another policy worth $500,000 and a couple other policies.

Donn kept all furniture and art in his possession, was paid a $27,000 payment due to Vicki keeping the home in Orange County, half of the multiple bank accounts, his 401k worth $75,000, a 2003 Navigator, a 2004 745i BMW, multiple insurance policies, a home in Lake Havasu, Arizona and another home in Irvine, California.

Vicki agreed to cover her daughter Briana’s outstanding student loans and various other debts.

The deal said Vicki was awarded assets of $886,000 and obligations of $117,000 for a total value of assets of $660,104 and liabilities of $27,046 for a total value of $633,058.

“As and for an equalization of the parties’ assets and obligations, [Vicki] shall pay to [Donn] the sum of $67,799.50,” the deal said.

Vicki was able to keep all her separate earnings from Real Housewives of Orange County and her various businesses following the split.

In 2022, Vicki spoke out about her divorce from Donn. She said, “I divorced my husband for Brooks [Ayers] and it’s the biggest regret I ever had. I will never, ever cheat again. It destroyed my family.”

Vicki dated Brooks for four years after her breakup from Donn.

In 2015, they announced their breakup on social media.

They said, “After much prayer, thought, counseling, and consideration, we have decided to end our four year relationship. We both wish nothing but a great future for each other.”

“We have come to realize that one can indeed love someone in their heart, but that the time may come for their lives to take separate paths,” they continued.

“Though the remaining episodes of Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County will show us as a couple, the filming took place in January 2015 through May 2015. There will be no further statements or interviews regarding our relationship as we choose to move on with our lives,” they said at the time.

In 2019, Vicki started dating Steve Lodge. The two got engaged the same year. However, they ended the relationship in September 2021.
