"After everything that we've been through, I don't think anything could put a strain on our relationship at this point in life. I chose to speak about it because at first, I didn't want to talk about it — I was like, 'I don't think this is something I want to put out there,'" she explains.

"But once I started talking to other women, it became apparent to me that this was something that was important to me and that I felt like I needed to get out there, because so many women go through it and they don't talk about it."

We watched the heartbreaking incident take place on this past season of the VH1 reality series, and it came after Remy suffered an ectopic pregnancy.

“I promised my husband that I would give him the child that he’s been asking me for since almost the day he met me and I can’t do that any more,” she said during a confessional.

While the situation was also tough on Papoose, he continued to be strong for his wife.

“I have to be the rock for her. We’re gonna get through it, we’ve just got to take it one day at a time. Regardless of what we have to do, we’re gonna get through it together,” he explained.

Pap further elaborated on the experience last week on The Real.

“That was the saddest day of my life,” he said. “So I was devastated about my child, but I was praying, ‘I hope my wife is gonna be okay.’”

In Touch spoke with Remy at Mona Scott Young's "50 Shades of Fabulous" birthday party, produced by Nikkia McClain of Tene Nicole, Marketing and Public Relations and Latoya Shambo of Black Girl Digital.
