Things are about to get tense in the upcoming new episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Sheree Whitfield is about to make a stunning confession to her co-stars Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore during a road trip — that her ex, Bob Whitfield, would abuse her during their seven-year marriage. He is supposedly trying to win her back, but he isn’t doing himself any favors with his nonchalant attitude towards the allegations.

“Have I ever physically touched you? Have I ever smacked you? Choked you? Have I ever choked you? I might have forgotten,” he asks.

Sheree’s face says it all, and she will wind up reminding him that he got physical in the past.

“Could you still breathe? I don’t remember choking her, but if I did I’m sorry — because maybe I didn’t choke you hard enough.”

“After we split, we went to Las Vegas. I was driving and she fell asleep and I was like, ‘It would be easy for me to take the seat belt off and hit the breaks so she could fly right through the window,’” he says, much to the horror of her cast mates.

The couple has fought in recent years over child support and more, though Sheree revealed back in December that they are in a much better place these days.

“You know, I’m actually loving where we are now. I wish we could have been in this space years ago. I think it would have been so beneficial for our family. And definitely for our kids seeing a positive environment with their mom and dad,” she told The Daily Dish.

However, she will admit during a confessional on Sunday night’s episode that Bob has two drastically different personalities.

“The funny one, he’s nice I like him, but there are two sides. There is a bad side, a dark side, a frightening side to Bob,” she says.
