In Touch has exclusively obtained the text messages between Mario Singer and his mistress Kasey Dexter — further evidence for RHONYC’s Ramona Singer of Mario’s affair earlier this year. What’s more, In Touch is reporting exclusively that Kasey could be pregnant with Mario’s baby!

An insider tells the mag — on newsstands now — that Kasey forwarded the more than 40 texts to Ramona earlier this year in order to clue her in on the affair.

In one text message, Mario tells Kasey, “I’m missing your lips and eyes and laugh and…[expletive]” Another message, seemingly betrayed by Kasey, Mario confesses deep feelings for the 32-year-old, writing, “I must be the biggest idiot on the [expletive] planet to care so much about a girl like you.”

In Touch also is reporting exclusively that just days after Mario reconciled with Ramona, he was still talking to Kasey nonstop!

When Ramona, who has filed for divorce from Mario, finally allowed him to return home the last weekend in March, “he was texting Kasey the whole time,” an insider close to the situation tells In Touch. “He thinks he can have them both.”

In Touch has learned that Kasey — who the insider claims Mario got pregnant last summer, resulting in an abortion — is telling people that she believes she could be pregnant with his child again, though Kasey had no comment when reached. Kasey and Mario spent a weekend together in Boca Raton, Fla., before he “reconciled” with Ramona.

“When she and Mario were in Boca, they didn’t use condoms,” the insider tells In Touch. “She’s made it clear that if she’s pregnant again, she won’t get an abortion. She loves him and believes they should be together.”
