Mike Shay’s Dat Dope Group Slams Scheana Marie With “Grind for the Check”

There was nothing but drama on last night’s Vanderpump Rules reunion, especially when it came to Scheana Marie and Mike Shay coming face-to-face for the first time since they announced their plans to divorce.

The SURver opened up about her former rocker flame’s addiction issues and emotional affair with a woman from the East Coast, which she says led to the demise of their two-year marriage.

Shay fired back on his Instagram account with [his band] Dat Dope Group’s new track, “Grind for the Check” — which features a music video of his ex and their happier moments together.

“Today I officially close a huge chapter in my life,” he captioned the video.

Some lyrics of the song include, “I wake up every morning and I wanna make you smile. Told you to be patient, good things take a while. Left me stranded, pissed off and abandoned for the fame and fashion. F–k you! I have been grinding, making some moves.”

Scheana and Shay exclusively shared their plans to divorce with In Touch back in November.

“While we have made the difficult decision to move forward separately, our story will continue on through the love and mutual respect that we have cultivated throughout our 15-year friendship,” they said in a statement.

“Much of the recent speculation and reporting on our relationship has been misguided, and we have come to an amicable decision on all matters. We might have failed at our marriage, but we are committed to succeeding as friends and will continue to support each other’s personal happiness and professional success.”

The brunette beauty has moved on from the relationship with actor Robert Valletta.
