It’s a special month for Bringing Up Bates star Josie Bates! After tying the knot with hubby Kelton Balka back in October 2018, the reality star is about to debut her nuptials on her family’s hit TV show. But in addition to sharing her big day with UPtv fans on the Thursday, February 14, episode, she’s also got some other big news. After being married for just a few months, the young newlyweds exclusively revealed to In Touch that they’re now expecting their first child, too. Watch the video above to see what they said and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube Channel.

On Instagram, Josie, 19, and her husband, 23, have been showing off their marital adventures, and now we’ll get to watch them as they prepare to welcome a little son or daughter, too. Though the couple has revealed that they’re due in July 2019, only a month after the anniversary of when they got engaged, they haven’t decided whether or not they want to share their baby’s gender or any name ideas just yet.

They have had to put up with some big changes already, though. “Josie is obsessed with coffee,” a source close to the couple shared, revealing that the parents-to-be went to coffee shops for the majority of their dates together. “But since becoming pregnant, she cannot even stand the smell of coffee.” And that’s just the start of her a.m. troubles. She’s also been dealing with a bout of morning sickness, something her older sisters know the pain of all too well. Hopefully, the family’s combined experiences mean they can pass on some good at-home remedies!

In the meantime, the couple seems to be enjoying what time they have left just the two of them. “Blessed beyond words to come home to a wife this beautiful and a home that she has decorated better than any Pinterest board out there ❤️😍,” Kelton wrote on Instagram in November 2018. “It feels so surreal. I love you Baby 😘”

Tune in to the one-hour Bringing Up Bates special on UPtv at 9 p.m. on Thursday, February 14.
