Daniel Jorgensen, the former touring guitarist for Owl City, has been charged with criminal sexual contact after he allegedly attempted to lure a 14-year-old fan to his hotel room in Atlantic City back in 2013.

According to the Associated Press, the 30-year-old musician was indicted by a Grand Jury on Tuesday, with bail set at $100,000.

Authorities say he met up with the teen on the beach while they were performing in Atlantic City and invited her back to his hotel room and the band’s tour bus to have sex.

A press release distributed by the case’s prosecutor alleges that he made contact with the underage girl on the Internet prior to the tour stop in AC.

A spokesperson for Owl City released a statement in 2013 saying Jorgensen was terminated from the tour shortly after the allegations first arose.

His second-degree luring charge carries a potential sentence of five to 10 years behind bars. He also faces the charge of criminal sexual contact, a fourth-degree charge, which faces a maximum of an 18-month prison sentence.
