Why does Olivia Hopkins from 90 Day Fiancé hate her mom's husband? When Molly Hopkins decided to marry Luis Mendez only two months after she met him while on vacation in the Dominican Republic, she thought her daughters would easily accept his as their step dad — and boy, was she dead wrong. Molly's oldest daughter Olivia was never open to her mom's relationship with Luis, and it didn't help that she just didn't seem to like him as a person at all, so it seems like she might be really happy that things are over between them for good.

Even though Olivia was only 17 years old at the time, she seemed to have a more realistic view about her mom's relationship with Luis and she thought it was crazy that her mom would marry someone and move him into their family's home after only knowing him for two months. Olivia is also very blunt, and she did not hold back her feelings.

"This is not normal by any means, but I’m also kind of annoying because this is not the first time this has happened," Olivia said in her confessional, hinting that her mom is used to moving quickly in her relationships.

But things went from bad to worse quickly after Luis crossed a boundary and had a very blunt conversation about Olivia's sex life with her boyfriend. So when Molly kicked Luis out of her house at the end of last season, it seemed like Olivia was relieved to say the least.

When they returned on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Molly allowed Luis to move back in after a brief separation though, and Olivia was so upset that she would have to share her home with Luis that she packed up and moved to her boyfriend's house. But Molly and Luis were not able to save their relationship and she filed for a divorce after only six months of marriage — and fans will have to wait and see if Molly can repair her mother-daughter relationship with Olivia.
