Nick Gordon, the ex-boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown, was arrested in Seminole, FL on domestic violence charges stemming from an alleged altercation with his current girlfriend. Nick, who had previously been accused of being responsible Bobbi Kristina’s death, also was arrested for similar charges less than a year ago.

Over the weekend, Nick was arrested by cops for an incident that is being described as “battery-touch or strike,” according to TMZ. The alleged altercation is being listed as a domestic violence case and he posted $500 bond, but he still has not been released.

According to the police report, Nick told cops that his girlfriend allegedly attacked him “for no reason” and threw a bottle at him and ripped his shirt. He said he asked her to leave his home but she refused, and he called her “crazy.”

His story is completely different from the one his girlfriend told police. She explained that she picked Nick up from a bar and as they were driving home, he struck her multiple times on the right side of her face and pulled her hair. She claimed that he told her that he should make her crash the car. Once the got home, the couple were involved in a verbal altercation.

The officer who filed the report confirmed that he saw visible marks on Nick’s girlfriend, and described them as a “visible injury to include slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood.” The officer then took Nick into custody, but his girlfriend refused to press charges against him.

Nick was brought in under similar charges last June. He was arrested for domestic violence battery and kidnapping/false imprisonment of an adult against his girlfriend who was identified as Laura Leal at the time, and according to documents obtained by The Blast, she is the same woman who was involved in his most recent arrest.
