He’s not giving up yet. Even though Jenelle Evans and David Eason were cleared of any wrongdoing in a child abuse investigation, Nathan Griffith‘s fight for custody of Kaiser is far from over. The Teen Mom 2 dad filed for primary custody on July 24, and Nathan revealed his plans to head back to court soon.

“It’s mediation,” he told RadarOnline. “We’re going to talk and come to an agreement. If we don’t, then it’s going to go to custody court. I want to be the primary caregiver.” When Nathan filed a motion to request full legal and physical custody, he accused Jenelle’s husband of being a “danger to the child” and having a “violent” side. Nathan also addressed how his reality star ex is “frequently in criminal trouble and has been arrested over 20 times.”

Jenelle and Nathan have been at war over Kaiser for years, so it was a shocking turn of events when she and her husband were cleared on Aug. 15. Social workers determined there was “no abuse” after visiting Jenelle’s home in July, according to TMZ. The investigation started after Nathan told cops their son Kaiser would repeatedly come home with bruises.

After watching Jenelle’s road rage incident air on the MTV show, Nathan expressed his utmost concern about her parenting choices, claiming that Kaiser even had drugs in his system when he was born. Nathan later told TMZ that he was shocked by Jenelle’s behavior during the dramatic scene, which showed “an unstable environment and a very hectic situation instead of being calm and escalating where it could be potentially more hazardous.” Hopefully, they come to the best agreement soon!
