Inside Miley Cyrus’ Wedding Decor For Her Romantic Nuptials To Liam Hemsworth (Exclusive)
Is a wedding about the beautiful union of two souls in love? Yes. Is it also about throwing an over-the-top party with extravagant decorations? Also, yes! Thankfully, that’s exactly what Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth did for their secret nuptials on Dec. 23.
The most notable pieces of decor at the A-list reception were the balloons… by far! Miley, 26, and Liam, 28, opted for pastel tones, and the blushing bride even requested rose gold accents to compliment their color scheme, a source exclusively tells In Touch.
The environmentally conscious lovebirds didn’t stop there! According to the insider, they also used latex balloons that were organic and biodegradable.
For the special occasion, Miley and Liam had a completely vegan menu and they treated their guests to a delicious vanilla cake. Luckily for fans, the “Wrecking Ball” singer shared several black and white snaps from her intimate nuptials in Tennessee. Fans were blown away when they finally saw Miley in her white Vivienne Westwood wedding dress, which cost $8,600. She looked absolutely stunning for her big day, opting for voluminous curls and soft makeup.
Miley met Liam on the set of The Last Song in 2008 and she paid tribute to their love story in one of her captions. “10 years later,” she wrote. The star also posted a beautiful PDA pic with her new husband. “This is probably our one – millionth kiss,” Miley gushed. Too cute!
Several fans and friends took to social media to congratulate the pair on their highly anticipated union. One special message came from her father, Billy Ray Cyrus. “Wedding wouldn’t be complete without one shot from Dads out dated blackberry camera. Love seeing all so happy,” he wrote. Here’s to many more happy years together!
