Aww! Miley Cyrus and Boyfriend Cody Simpson Spotted Looking Lovey Dovey on a Cute Coffee Date

Coffee cuties! Miley Cyrus and her new boyfriend, singer Cody Simpson, were spotted grabbing coffee together in Studio City on October 13 — and it seems like these two smitten kittens get more and more adorable every day.

The 26-year-old and her new Aussie man, 22, looked totally engrossed in conversation as they smiled and seemingly joked with one another while exiting a coffee shop with brew in hand.

It’s no surprise to see the new couple so taken with one another — after Cody confirmed he was “not single” to In Touch and other reporters at the Tiffany & Co. Men’s Collections Launch at the Hollywood Athletic Club, Los Angeles on October 11, he couldn’t help but gush about how good things have been with the Nashville native.

“I’m very happy. Yeah, I’m very, very happy,” he said, before highlighting how awesome his new girlfriend is. “She’s creative, she’s very passionate about what she does and I’m very similar in that sense, that’s why we get along so well,” he added. “We just have a ball and that’s the most important part of a relationship.”

He also touched on their longstanding friendship, prior to any romance. “It’s like … we’ve been friends … the reason why it’s not like … it hasn’t been a really crazy sudden thing is we’ve been friends for so long that when we sort of found each other again in a space where … we both met back in the day when we were partying a lot. We had a lot of fun then,” he explained. “But now we’ve found each other in a space where we’re not partying, working real hard and just like keeps things healthy.”

In fact, their prior connection really paved the way for what they have now, according to the musician. “It breaks the ice. That had never happened to me before,” he revealed. “Any girlfriend that I’ve had in the past has always been immediate romance and so it’s kind of like a different experience having been friends with somebody before and developing that into something more. It’s just like a very natural, healthy feeling.”
