Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino Is ‘Living His Best Life’ in First Instagram Post After Leaving Prison
Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino posted on Instagram for the first time since his release from prison on September 12, and he seems happier than ever! “Living my best life with my beautiful wife @lauren_sorrentino 🐾 @themoseyworld,” he wrote. Mike just finished serving an eight-month prison sentence for tax evasion, but he seems to have a great mindset after finishing his time.
The Jersey Shore star stepped out as a free man on the morning of September 12, a source told Radar Online. “We are elated to finally close this chapter of our life. Thank you to our family, friends and fans for the continuous love and support during this time,” a rep for Mike’s wife, Lauren Sorrentino, told In Touch. “It brought us so much peace and comfort. We look forward to continuing our life as husband and wife and working on baby situations! We truly believe that the comeback is ALWAYS greater than the setback, and we can’t wait to show the world ours.”
Through this difficult time, the proud wife has kept her head up and remained positive. She even has made a few jokes about her man while she waited for his return home. She recently posted a photo of a clock with jumbled numbers with the caption, “My anytime someone asks me when my husband’s home.” Prior to that, she posted a funny video of her giving an epic side-eye at the VMAs when reported ask the girls of Jersey Shore where their men are. She shared the video to her Instagram story writing, “My face when she asks where my husband is … .”
Now that the Sitch is free, he is back and better than ever. Soon after his release, he was spotted with Lauren at a local gas station. The former jailbird was wearing a T-shirt that read, “The comeback is always greater than the setback.” Why to stay upbeat, Mike! Celebrate tonight with some Funfetti.
