Um, Guys, Michelle Duggar Wore Pants Back in 2015
Hold. The. Phone. The Duggars have a long list of strict rules they abide by — like no full-frontal hugs and no dancing — but it appears Counting On matriarch Michelle Duggar broke the no pants clause back in 2015. A resurfaced video reveals the mother-of-19 hit the gym in a pair of leggings, and honestly, we’re in shock. Watch the video above to see the clip!
But don’t be fooled, the 51-year-old has worn the daring style before, probably much to her husband Jim Bob‘s dismay. The most recent pants-spotting happened December 2017, and fans were quick to comment. “Michelle is in VIOLATION for wearing pants,” one person wrote on Facebook at the time. Another added, “Is that pants on Michelle!?” while a third chimed in, “Scandalous, look at all that leg.”
Clearly, she’s taking note from her rebel daughters. These days, more and more Duggar offspring are spreading their wings and breaking free from their father’s reign. Not only does Jinger rock pants on the reg — while she’s pregnant, no less! — Jill and Jessa also wear the style of sin. In fact, Jinge even went so far as wearing a mini skirt. Gasp!
Michelle’s clip comes just days after fans learned she and her husband never courted. I know, right? In 2014, Jill spilled the beans and revealed her lovebird parents were getting freaky prior to tying the knot. “So my parents, they um, did the traditional dating,” the now 26-year-old dished. “So when they were engaged, they spent a lot of time alone together. They said they saved intimacy for marriage, but they kissed.”
Wait. What?!
If you haven’t noticed, the Duggars get engaged, like, really, really quickly, and fans think it’s because they have, uh, urges… which clearly JB and Michelle gave into! Honestly, I need a minute to process all of this.
