Reunited! Megyn Kelly and Kathie Lee Gifford both worked together once as NBC employees, but the ladies ended up crossing paths again on February 3, at the Childhelp Drive the Dream Gala in Scottsdale, Arizona. The soon-to-be former Today show cohost and the former Megyn Kelly Today show host even posed for photos together on the red carpet and they looked like they were having a blast.

The ladies attended the star-studded event, which raised $4.3 million for abused and neglected children. The event was co-chaired by Dr. Stacie J. Stephenson and Mr. Richard J Stephenson, along with honorary chairs Gov. Doug Ducey and Ms. Angela Ducey and Mr. Jim Hebets and Mrs. Carol Hebets.

Megyn, 48, has been trying to keep a low profile lately after she was fired from her NBC show in October 2018 after her blackface scandal. During a segment, Megyn made comments defending the use of blackface, which is a dated form of makeup used by white actors to portray black characters, often in a stereotypical way. Blackface has long been considered racist, and Megyn argued that the use of blackface would be okay if used for a Halloween costume. Shortly after the episode aired, Megyn issued an apology.

Meanwhile, Kathie, 65, will be officially leaving her position at NBC in April. In December 2018, she announced that she would be leaving the Today show after more than a decade on the air. “Okay, I have something to share with everybody. It’s bittersweet as these things always are, but I have been here almost 11 years,” Kathie said on the show. “Thought I would stay one year. Something happened along the way and fell in love with a beautiful Egyptian goddess and when it’s our 11th anniversary I will be leaving the Today show. I know. It’s an exciting time for me and I’m thrilled about the projects coming up, but it’s also hard is because the reason I stayed longer than a year is because I love everybody here.”
