Fierce! Megan Thee Stallion stunned at the 2019 MTV VMAs on August 26. The artist walked the red carpet in a barely-there leather suit covered in glittery details. Her newly minted BFF and fellow ~hot girl~ Jordyn Woods didn’t join her for the photo op, but the “Hot Girl Summer” rapper brought the heat all on her own for the Video Music Awards.

Meg’s look definitely turned some heads since it showed off her amazing curves and was covered in tiny details. To tie the whole look together, she opted to wear her long hair pin-straight.

“For the red carpet, Meg wanted a look that was classic but still gave that extra length she could whip over her shoulder at any moment,” her celebrity stylist Alonzo Arnold dished to Life & Style. After blow-drying — but before using a flat iron — the beauty guru used Suave Professionals for Natural Hair Define & Shine Gel Serum on Megan’s hair to make it look impossibly sleek.

The 24-year-old had a big night at the glitzy event. She went straight from walking the red carpet to performing on stage and even took home an award before the show kicked off.

“Oh my Goddd!!!! I literally want to cry!” Megan wrote on Instagram after rocking out to her new song “Big Ole Freak” for the huge crowd outside the Prudential Center in New Jersey. “This was my first VMAs, my first pre-show performance and my first Moon Man … Thank y’all so much thank you to everyone who supports me. I promise to keep leveling up.” The rising star deserves to celebrate because “Hot Girl Summer” won “Best Power Anthem.”

Fans were here for Megan getting some much-deserved recognition. “I feel like I won!! I’m so f—kin happy for you!” one person gushed in her comments on Instagram. “Soooo happy for you Meg! You deserve all that s—t,” someone else echoed.

We can’t wait to see what’s next!
