Clearly, Mariah Carey‘s daughter is following in her famous mother’s footsteps! Her twins, Monroe and Moroccan, 6, — who she shares with ex-husband Nick Cannon — took the stage at the legendary Hollywood Bowl, but it was Monroe who stole the show when she sang one of her mom’s hit tunes. Warning: This may be the cutest thing you see all day!

On Monday night, the diva, 47, made a rare move and allowed someone to share the spotlight with her during her concert with Lionel Ritchie! Gasp! She bent down to give the microphone to her daughter while she was singing “Always Be My Baby,” and the girl’s clearly got some pipes. Moroccan was a bit shy, but that’s okay, he’s obviously waiting for a solo performance.

In an interview in 2011 with People, Mariah gushed, “They really respond to music,” and she would often sing them lullabies. She even brought them into the world to the tune of her song “Fantasy” — so it’s no wonder her kiddos have some rhythm. Plus, their famous dad is an R&B singer himself.

Although she and Nick are no longer together — she’s happily dating choreographer Bryan Tanaka — they seem to co-parent well. Earlier this year, the amicable exes took their kids to Disneyland to celebrate their sixth birthday. In an Instagram post, the proud mama wrote, “I can’t believe it’s been six years since you two came into this world to the live version of ‘Fantasy’… the applause!!!” she wrote. “I love you both more each day. You are the light of my life.” So sweet! We’re sure this isn’t the last time we see the twins on stage. They’ve certainly got a bright future ahead of them — if their mom is willing to keep sharing the spotlight, that is!
