Mama June Opens up About Dating, Getting Married, and Having More Kids After Weight Loss (EXCLUSIVE)
Mama June is looking for love!
The former star of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo is a whole new woman after embarking on her weight loss journey — which will be documented on her new WEtv series Mama June: From Not to Hot. She exclusively revealed to In Touch that even though she is dating, she’s definitely not thinking about baby No. 5!
“I have been doing a little bit dating. I do not want any more kids in the future, I already have four and that is enough,” she exclusively told In Touch. “I would like to get married maybe one day with the right one.”

She was involved in a common law marriage with her longtime partner — Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson — and the couple share 11-year-old daughter Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson together. They proclaimed their love for each other during a backyard commitment ceremony in 2014, but the couple split up for good two years later when Sugar Bear admitted to cheating on her with multiple men and women during their relationship.
But even though she didn’t legally marry Sugar Bear — who’s since remarried — she said a “piece of paper does not change [a relationship] because you love that person regardless.”

Mama June’s daughters are excited to help her get back into the dating game by helping her with her online dating profile — and fans will get to see some of her dates on the upcoming series. But even though she’s still looking for a new man, she’ll always have a spot in her heart for a certain Saved by the Bell star.
“My celebrity crush would have to definitely be still Mario Lopez,” she said.
