Baby on the way? Mackenzie Standifer is sparking pregnancy rumors after Ryan Edwards posted a photo of her to Instagram. The Teen Mom OG star was the subject of a recent thread on reddit of fans debating whether or not she might be pregnant again. Her hubby posted a pic of her with the emoji “?” and immediately followers began to wonder if the couple is expecting.

User CrayRaysVaycay wrote, “Is it just me who sees a baby bump here?” The question has already received over 100 comments, but because the pic was posted around the holidays, some fans think Mackenzie’s body might just be reflecting a big meal.
“Really? Can a chick sit and slouch or eat a big meal without being called pregnant ? (I mean f–k she might be but damn),” one commenter wrote. While another added, “Nobody is allowed to have any sort of mild belly protrusion in teen mom world without a pregnancy speculated. If I was on the show they probably think I’m 5 months along lol. I’ve always had a bit of a pot belly after a big meal.”
Even though Mack’s current stomach may be the result of one extra helping at the dinner table, fans aren’t off base with predicting that the reality star could be pregnant. She has previously revealed that she and Ryan want to have another baby, so an announcement could be coming.
Some fans are worried about the couple bringing another baby into the world because of their past issues. One redditor wrote, “As if that family doesn’t have enough on their plate…” Ryan’s drug problem has been a major storyline on OG so it’s not surprising that fans would want the couple to be cautious about having another baby. The couple is currently parents to Bentley from Ryan’s previous relationship with ex Maci Bookout and Mack’s son Hudson from a previous marriage. Hopefully, we’ll know soon if this is a baby or just a food baby!
