It sounds like Maci Bookout is really afraid of her baby daddy Ryan Edwards. After Ryan got arrested for violating his parole in relation to heroin-related charges, the Teen Mom OG took precautionary actions and filed an order of protection against her ex-fiancé. A judge is set to review the protective order in court on today, and court documents have revealed more details — including the alleged threats Ryan has made about potentially hurting or harming Maci and her family, including her dogs.

When Maci filed her order of protection, she checked off on the box that specifically said "You must not hurt or threaten to hurt any animals owned or kept by the Petitioner/Petitioner’s children," according to documents obtained by The Blast. Maci and her husband Taylor McKinney are pet parents to two boxers named Bonnie and Clyde, and even though it's unclear if Ryan made any specific threats towards Bonnie and Clyde, it can be assumed that Maci has reason to believe that Ryan could try to hurt the pups if she checked off on the box.

Maci's hubby also filed for an order of protection from Ryan, and they both including a warning in their filings that Ryan does own a gun. In Taylor's filing, he checked a box that suggested Ryan made a threat towards him that allegedly involved a weapon.

The claims against Ryan are eerily similar to another Teen Mom baby daddy, Adam Lind. Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska shares eight-year-old daughter Aubree with Adam and Chelsea even joined forces with Adam's second baby mama Taylor Halbur to restrict Adam's visitation with their respective children because of his history with drug abuse and violent behavior.

"Upon information and belief, when we were dating and lived together, [Adam] killed two of my puppies," Taylor alleged in court documents. "There was also another relationship that he was in, where he may have killed that person’s dog. If you hurt a dog, you will hurt a child!"
