‘Teen Mom OG’ Couple Maci and Taylor Explain the Real Reason Why Their TTM Clothing Line Was Dissolved

In August 2019, TTM Lifestyle was unfortunately dissolved by the state. “The company failed to file the annual report that was due on April 1, 2019,” a clerk told Radar Online in October.

According to the outlet, Maci, 28, and Taylor, 30, dealt with this issue previously back in 2016. Luckily, they were able to handle the situation by filing some important paperwork: a.k.a. the Application for Reinstatement.

Of course, they will have to do the same this time. It should also be noted that an “inactive” status doesn’t prevent them from selling products online.

Clearing the Air

Once they get everything situated, Maci and Taylor will have an active LLC once again.

Now, the dynamic duo is addressing the reports about their company in an exclusive statement shared with In Touch.

Fixing the Problem

“We were out of the country in August and just didn’t get the paperwork done. Our attorney notified us and is taking care of it for. Thanks for reaching out!” the couple explained.

Maci and Taylor’s clothing business was established in 2013 and he reportedly later took over the company in 2015. The dynamic duo sells a plethora of stylish products including T-shirts, hoodies, shorts, kids clothing and accessories.

On October 11, it was revealed the company just dropped some new apparel for the cold weather. “The Fall line is here!! Head over to the site to check out all the new arrivals,” the caption on their new Instagram post read.

The Motto

Maci and Taylor’s business statement on Facebook also reveals their hopes for the future.

“TTM is aimed at 17-40 year olds who are goal oriented people,” it begins. “Coupled with the apparel, TTM is committed to building a community of like minded individuals who motivate each other to catch their dreams.”

“Each TTM product has a meaning behind it and the unique design identifies you as a member of the community,” the statement continues. “TTM is owned and operated by a crew of dream chasers.”

Maci and her hubby — who tied the knot in October 2016 — both often rock their gear while taking to social media. Fans have often praised their ability to use their platform to expand their brand.

When they are not busy filming or running a business, the couple focuses on raising their two children, daughter Jayde, 4, and son Maverick, 3. She also has a son named Bentley, 10, shared with her ex, Ryan Edwards.

During the recent TMOG reunion, viewers saw Maci and Ryan discuss their struggles when it comes to coparenting. “Maci talks a lot of s–t,” he vented to the hosts.

“This past year not talking to each other has been good,” she said. “I’ve been able to kind of work through my process and what I think of him — my anger, all of that — without him and I getting in another argument.”
