Hollywood is still reeling over Luke Perry’s shocking death at 52 years old, but apparently the 90210 alum had a will in place “several years” before he passed away, Radar Online reported.

The insider revealed that Luke’s kids will inherit his fortune. “Luke loved his kids more than life itself,” the source explained. After a “cancer scare” in 2015, one of the reasons that Luke created a will was “because he didn’t want to leave anything to chance.”

Luke was married to his ex-wife, Rachel “Minnie” Sharp, for 10 years before they split in 2003. They had two kids together — Jack and Sophie.

Jack, 21, is a professional wrestler with the nickname “Jungle Boy Nate Coy.” Luke was frequently spotted at his son’s wrestling matches and clearly, was a supportive father.

On the other hand, his 18-year-old daughter, Sophie, has shied away from the spotlight. She posted an Instagram picture of herself with her father in June 2018 before she went to prom. In the sweet snap, Luke kissed his daughter’s cheek. “Since I got hacked I never got to post my prom pics, so here you go!” she captioned the post. “I don’t have any with my mom [because] she hates pictures, so yeah. I was going for that like Frenchie at the dance vibes idk?”

On Monday, March 4, the actor died after he suffered a “massive” stroke, In Touch confirmed. “He was surrounded by his children, Jack and Sophie, fiancée Wendy Madison Bauer, ex-wife Minnie Sharp, mother Ann Bennett, stepfather Steve Bennett, brother Tom Perry, sister Amy Coder and other close family and friends,” Luke’s rep, Arnold Robinson, said in a statement to us. “The family appreciates the outpouring of support and prayers that have been extended to Luke from around the world and respectfully request privacy in this time of great mourning. No further details will be released at this time.”

The L.A. Fire Department confirmed to In Touch on February 27 that they “responded to a 911 call at 9:30 a.m.” at Luke’s Sherman Oaks, California, house. They couldn’t reveal the person’s identity but said that they were “transported in an ambulance to a nearby hospital.”

Meanwhile, no funeral arrangements have been made. “It is just too soon to tell what is going to happen,” the source continued. “Everyone is in so much shock right now that they are scrambling to cope with themselves emotionally. As of right now, they have not decided on any of that.”

We are thinking of Luke’s friends and family during this tough time.
