In Touch can exclusively reveal that her ex Michael Lockwood lost today in court amid their bitter divorce battle.

While the singer accused her former hubby of possession inappropriate photos of children, which has yet to be open as a separate case, Lisa can celebrate a small win in that Michael was only entitled to $50,000 of the $150,000 he was seeking in attorney fees. They will enter trial next month regarding the validity of their postnup agreement. He is also not expected to see any spousal support.
