Nearly one year after In Touch first broke the shocking news that Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer took more than $10,000 from a trust fund set up for her special needs daughter Aliannah, Leah has yet to replenish the fund — and we just learned her ex Corey Simms is taking her to court and a date has already been set.

Not only has Leah failed to replenish the trust fund, she’s also drained at least $10,000 from the account of Ali’s twin sister, Aleeah, a source explains (Leah has denied taking money from the trust funds).

“Corey is taking Leah to court. He is furious that she took that money,” the source says.

“That was the girls’ money — not Leah’s,” the source says. “Corey’s going to do whatever he can to make sure it’s put back.”

“She has made a lot of bad financial decisions,” a show source says of Leah, whose penchant for expensive gadgets like iPads and iPhones is well-known.

Now that Corey and his wife, Miranda — who welcomed daughter Remi in early November — have been awarded primary custody of the girls, the West Virginia native is determined to give his little girls the life they deserve.
