It’s Official! Lamar Odom Announces That He’s Engaged to Sabrina Parr: ‘Introducing My New Fiancé’

Headed to the altar! Lamar Odom announced that he’s engaged to his girlfriend, Sabrina Parr, while taking to Instagram on Monday, November 11. The former NBA star shared a photo of them smiling while celebrating shortly after he popped the question.

“Introducing my new fiancé!! Soon to be Mrs. Parr-Odom. She the ONE!!!!,” he wrote. The health and life coach also shared a photo of the dazzling oval-shaped diamond ring that Lamar, 40, gave her alongside a sweet message. “I SAID YES!!!!! 💍👰🏽 @lamarodom #mrsparrodom #lamarandsabrina,” she captioned the post on her Instagram page.

Several fans were thrilled to hear the couple was going to be exchanging their vows after their whirlwind romance. “Congrats young king,” one wrote. “Congratulations LO!!!! You deserve to be happy,” another added. “Happy for you sometimes we have to go through things before we get it right,” a third chimed in.

Lamar went public with his soon-to-be wife, Sabrina, in August 2019. Since then, they have posted multiple photos of each other on social media, showing how incredibly close they have grown after forming a connection.

Sabrina even pulled out the stops while celebrating his 40th birthday on November 6. “I gotta give a special thanks to @getuptoparr who was full of surprises the whole day,” Lamar wrote. “From catered breakfast in the morning to getting this custom suit designed for me from @miguelwilsoncollection, and a beautiful dinner that I know took a lot of time and effort to put together. She’s amazing and has shown me so much about love and life!”

In September, the former Los Angeles Lakers baller actually hinted that he was thinking about getting down on one knee during a TV interview. “If I had a ring, I probably would have asked her to marry me right now,” Lamar said when asked about his plans for their future on The Real. Sabrina also gushed over how strong they are as a couple.

“I think people are going to be very surprised as to how Lamar and I operate with one another,” she said while discussing their relationship. “It’s a lot of loving and learning and growing and transparency. A lot of transparency.”

Lamar was previously married to reality star Khloé Kardashian, but the couple finalized their divorce in December 2016.
