In her most recent Instagram photo, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star finally felt it was time to reveal what’s permanently inked onto her skin, and it’s… drum roll please — “\ˈsa-nə-tē\”, which is the phonetic spelling of the word “Sanity“.
