Kylie Jenner Deletes Video of New Bugatti After Backlash: ‘There Are People Out There Who Can’t Eat’
Treat yo’ self? Kylie Jenner gifted herself a brand-new Bugatti Chiron — costing a whopping $3 million — and was super excited to show her Instagram followers on Sunday, October 6. Unfortunately, the 22-year-old’s fans were less than impressed with her display of wealth. She quickly deleted the images and footage of her new ride after receiving some harsh criticism in the comments.
“How can people justify buying more cars then they possibly need when there are people out there who can’t eat! Like I get it’s your money and you earn it but HOW do you justify not doing good with it I just don’t get it,” one person sounded off in the comments, according to The Blast. “The money you spent on this you could of [sic] fed a village for a year at LEAST.”
“Oh yay! Another new car! Meanwhile there’s people struggling to make ends meet and feed themselves,” another user echoed. “I’m happy for her but damn when is enough enough?”
Kylie’s new white ride features an orange interior and all the bells and whistles of a supercar. She made note of the vehicle’s Halloween-like aesthetic and posted a pic of it with a Jack-o’-lantern and ghost emoji.
The brunette beauty’s little gift to herself might be a post-breakup present. Kylie and boyfriend Travis Scott decided to “take a break” a source told In Touch, on Tuesday, October 1, which Ky later confirmed herself on Thursday, October 3. The couple had been together for over two years and share a 20-month-old daughter together, Stormi.
“As far as I know, they’re just taking a break, it’s not a full on split,” the insider shared. “It wasn’t that long ago that Kylie was talking about having another baby with Travis, so this comes as a shock.”
Although many were surprised by their split, some say their relationship was not as great as it may have appeared. “Kylie has serious trust issues. She has her own life and career and child and can’t watch over him,” an insider told In Touch exclusively. “She is this billionaire megastar and she feels so insecure about herself because of her relationship,” the source continued, adding, “They’ve had major trust issues from the start.” Wherever these two stand, we have to admit, we want to take a ride in Ky’s breakup-mobile.
