Celebs, they’re just like us! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West revealed their nighttime routine in a new interview with Forbes magazine on Tuesday, July 9, and they’re surprisingly … normal.
The 42-year-old rapper revealed to the outlet that the couple bounces idea off one another during the evenings, which he referred to as “bedtime true-crime story meetings.” The 38-year-old KUWTK star watches police procedurals while the Grammy winner shows her mockups of his Yeezy shoes.
The brunette beauty added that she always asks Kanye for his opinion on her projects including her mobile game app, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, to her recent shapewear line. However, the “Gold Digger” crooner wasn’t impressed with the latter, so he drafted a new logo and redesigned the packaging.
But don’t worry — Kim doesn’t seem to mind and actually is happy learning from her hubby. “He’s just taught me as a person to never compromise and to really take ownership,” she said. “Before I was really the opposite, I would throw my name on anything. He pushes people to do their best and pushes people even outside of their comfort zone, which really helps people grow.”
Previously, the mom of four gushed about her partnership with Kanye. “I always love my husband’s opinion,” she told Vanity Fair in 2018 right before she launched her fragrance KKW Body. “We always have a good balance, or like, even if he won’t know, he’ll be like, ‘You know what? I have a really good packaging person that can help perfect your box.’ And it’s worked. And it saved me when I’m just maybe, you know, when my vision isn’t coming to life, and I’m stuck. He’ll always help me pick the pieces up.”
The Hollywood A-listers got married in Florence, Italy, in 2014, and they now share four kids — North, 6, Saint, 3, Chicago, 17 months, and Psalm, 2 months. Even though the duo has hectic schedules and careers, it seems like they are happier than ever. “Kim and Kanye feel like their family is complete,” a source exclusively told Life & Style. “Kim used her last embryo with Psalm, and four kids enough for them to handle!”
