It looks like Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ infamous ex Kieffer Delp is in major trouble. He landed himself in hot water for what seems like the millionth time when he was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 10, after authorities were alerted about a working meth lab being run out of an apartment, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. He had his preliminary hearing on March 20, and it sounds like there around going to be serious consequences.

"McKees Rocks Magistrate Bruce Boni has ruled there is sufficient evidence to send Teen Mom reality star Kiefer Delp to trial on charges of operating a meth lab," tweeted journalist Steve Pope. "A detective testified today, that Delp's girlfriend alerted police to the lab the day before he was arrested." According to StateLaws.com, "The manufacturing of methamphetamine [in PA] is charged as a felony, which carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $100,000," so Kiefer could be in some deep s--t if found guilty.
According to the Post-Gazette, Kieffer, 28, lived in the basement of the apartment and is also facing felony charges for distributing methamphetamines as well as improperly disposing of chemicals. The McKees Rocks Police Department had apparently been receiving complaints about a possible meth lab, and once they received a warrant, they found evidence supporting those claims.

Police Chief Richard Deliman said chemicals were removed from the lab, and that the other residents of the building were allowed to return to their homes. “Obviously with all these chemicals together and during the process of making this, it could ultimately explode, which is why we evacuated the building while the product was being removed,” Deliman said.
Kiefer is no stranger to run-ins with the law. Back in 2011, he was arrested on drug possession charges near Baltimore. And just months before that, he was arrested in North Carolina for allegedly punching a girl — one of Jenelle’s pals — and her male friend outside of a convenience store.
Fans recently saw Kieffer in Jenelle’s MTV special The Ex-Files, during which we got to see where each of her exes are today. The special episode apparently caused a major rift between Jenelle and her new husband David Eason. According to Radar Online, David was unhappy to hear his wife say nice things about her exes, most notably Kieffer.
“Jenelle and David had a crazy jealous fight after the show aired,” an insider said. “That was the night David changed his relationship status on Facebook to 'Complicated.' Both of them went insane after the show.” Jenelle had referred to Kieffer as “funny” and called him her “sweetest” ex. Well, it’s clear that he’s still her most notorious!
