Khloé Kardashian Admits Her Split From Tristan Thompson Is Still ‘Really Raw’

Despite everything Khloé Kardashian has gone through with ex/baby daddy Tristan Thompson, she’s doing her best to coparent with him — and it seems to be working.

The KUWTK star, 34, took to divorce attorney Laura Wasser’s podcast, “Divorce Sucks!” to get personal about what her relationship with the basketball player, 28, has been like since the cheating scandal with Jordyn Woods happened in February.

“It does f–king suck because our personal emotions are still in there,” she told Laura. “For me, Tristan and I broke up not too long ago so it’s really raw. So those emotions can be heightened at times but I do everything in my power — True is one and, like, a month old — so she doesn’t really know what’s happening, but to me she does know and she feels energy and I’m a big believer of that.”

“I do everything in my power to not put just any sort of heavy energy around her,” the Good American founder continued. “Maybe that sounds a little too bohemian to some people.”

In April, Koko celebrated her daughter’s first birthday with her family and Tristan present. Rather than making it about her, she was keen on having Tristan there for her little one’s sake.

“I didn’t do it because I thought she was going to remember this first party … but I know she’s going to want to look back at all of her childhood memories like we all do … and I want to give her the same thing,” Khloé added before complimenting her ex even after all he put her through. “I know her dad is a great person, and I know how much he loves her and cares about her, so I want him to be there. It was civilized and we did it.”

Hopefully, these two continue getting along for their daughter.
